Cobrief offers three main plans: Pro, Max, and Ultra. We also offer free bid notifications by email here: https://anbud.cobrief.no/. You can also open public tender pages in Cobrief without signing in when someone shares a Cobrief link with you.
The Pro, Max, and Ultra plans include advanced tools that help you evaluate and write bids using AI, as well as access to your own company account and several other useful features. The plans differ by AI capacity, included users and included contributors. Comprehensive market insight is included in the Ultra plan.
Prices and payment methods
We want you to find a solution that suits you. Therefore, we offer two different ways to pay:
Annual billing: With this solution, you are invoiced for 12 months at a time, which provides a more favorable price than monthly payment. The subscription is ongoing and has a mutual notice period of 3 months. This notice period applies from the first day of the month after you have notified us.
Monthly billing: Perfect for those who want to try the service or need maximum flexibility. This alternative costs 33% more than the annual price. In return, you have no commitment period beyond the month you have paid for. You can cancel the subscription at any time, and the change will take effect from the next billing period.

How AI capacity and AI bid briefs work
In Cobrief, the plan selector shows both AI bid briefs per year and AI capacity. AI bid briefs are the number of tenders your workspace can start with AI during the year. AI capacity shows how much AI power is included in the plan:
Pro: 30 AI bid briefs per year, Standard AI capacity, 1 included user and 3 contributors.
Max: 200 AI bid briefs per year, More AI capacity, 5 included users and 10 contributors.
Ultra: Unlimited AI bid briefs, Most AI capacity, 15 included users and 30 contributors.
You can also add extra AI capacity directly in the plan selector. Capacity is shared across the whole workspace and is used across Cobrief's AI features, including chat, assessment criteria, market insight, price sheet filling and bid briefs. The plan selector shows an estimate of how many tenders the capacity covers per year; actual usage varies depending on how involved each tender is.
Administrators and members count as users in the subscription. Readers are counted toward the included contributor limit and can view tenders and add comments without full writing and AI permissions.
How to choose a plan in Cobrief
To upgrade or change your plan, go to Settings → Prices and plans in Cobrief. Here you can choose the plan that best suits your organization's needs based on desired features, AI capacity, expected number of AI bid briefs, included users and included contributors.
