By connecting Flowcase, you can pull relevant CVs and projects directly into Cobrief. This provides a better basis for decisions during tender evaluation and lets the AI assistant automate the filling in of competency requirements and reference projects.
Set up the integration
You set up the integration from the company settings under "Integrations", by clicking "Connect to Flowcase".
Then enter your sub-domain in Flowcase, which you can find by looking at the word in front of flowcase.com in your browser.
Then click "Get API key". If you are not logged in, you must log in first. You will not be navigated directly to the right place, so you can either go to the settings in CV Partner manually, or click "Get API key" again in Cobrief.
The API key only needs the "Regular user" permission level in order to fetch CVs and reference projects. Cobrief will store the data that comes from Flowcase to be able to make relevant suggestions. Finally, enter the key in the "API key" field in Cobrief and save.
When the setup is complete, you will see information about what is connected.
How does the integration work?
Automatic tender evaluation
After the integration is activated, you will see two new sections in the tender evaluation. These are generated automatically for all tenders you open. The feature gives you quick insight into whether the company has available resources or reference projects that match the tender.
You can open the cards to read a description of why the CV or project is considered relevant, as well as see selected keywords that the system has identified.
AI assistant and Flowcase
The AI assistant has extended functionality when Flowcase is connected. It can actively search through CVs and reference projects, extract detailed information and use this data directly in the bid work.
Template filling and document production
When you start AI-assisted template filling in a bid, the assistant analyzes the requirements in the template. It automatically searches for employees with the right competency and finds reference projects that match the assignment. The information is filled directly into the document.
You can also ask the AI to write free text based on data from Flowcase. This is useful for generating team presentations, summaries of an employee's experience, or descriptions of the company's expertise within a specific field.
Search and chat
You can use the assistant to ask questions directly against your database without starting a template fill. For example, you can ask: "Who has experience with project management in the public sector?" or "Find reference projects in the healthcare sector". The assistant presents the answers with links to Flowcase, so you can easily click through to full profiles.
How the search works
The AI uses semantic search. This means it understands the meaning of the text rather than just looking for exact keywords. A search for "experience with agile methods" can therefore yield hits on candidates who describe "Scrum" or "Kanban" in their CVs. The assistant prioritizes candidates whose name matches the search first, followed by semantic relevance. You always have the option to override the suggestions manually.
