In several places in Cobrief you can filter what you see, so you quickly find exactly the tenders, contracting authorities or tasks you're looking for. The filters you set here are personal and only affect your own view β they don't change your company's search profile.
Your own filters vs. the company default filter
The filters in this article are temporary and personal. To change which tenders the whole workspace sees and is alerted about, an Administrator has to change the company's default filter. See Customize Filtering for Your Company.
Filter on the Search page
Go to Search in the left menu when you want to look more broadly than what your company's filters show. Here you can combine several filters and switch between card and list view.
Click Add filter and choose what to filter on:
CPV codes β limit the search to specific CPV codes.
Keyword β only show notices that contain the words you choose.
Contracting Authority β show tenders from specific buyers.
Supplier β find competitions linked to a specific supplier.
Notice type β for example competition, planning or result.
Publication date β narrow down to a period.
Service area β filter on one of your service areas.
Add as many filters as you like β they combine, so you narrow down the results step by step.
In the sidebar you can also filter on, among other things, Status (active or expired), Delivery location and My items.
Turn on Use my default filter if you want to limit the view to notices matching the workspace's default filter. Click Reset to remove all the filters and start over.
Save your own filters
If you've set up a filter combination you want to follow over time, you can save it as a search of its own and get email alerts when new tenders match.
Choose the filters you want to follow on the Search page.
Click Save search. The name is optional β if you leave the field blank, Cobrief creates a name based on the filters.
You can find, edit and delete your saved searches from the Saved searches menu.
If you change the filters after opening a saved search, you can either update the existing search or save the filters as a new search.
Saved searches are personal and email you on weekdays when new tenders match. See Set Up Tender Alerts for more on alerts.
Filter in Market Insight
In Market Insight you use filters to analyse the market and your competitors. In the sidebar you can filter on, among other things, CPV codes, Contracting Authority and Supplier.
For each filter you choose how it should match, for example Is, Contains or Starts with. Click the cross next to a filter to remove it again.
Filter tasks
On the Tasks page you can filter the list to keep track across all your tenders. Click Filter and narrow down by:
Project β show tasks from one specific tender.
Assigned to β show tasks assigned to a specific person.
Bid phase β filter on where the tender sits in the pipeline.
Status β not started, in progress or completed.
Document type β filter on the type of document.
Click Reset to remove the filters and see all tasks again.
