πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Invite Your Coworkers

Let more colleagues receive notifications about new tenders, and collaborate on evaluating and writing bids.

For other employees in the company to receive notifications, read interpretations and contribute to writing bids, you need to invite them to your workspace.

Open settings by clicking the menu icon at the bottom left, and then select "Manage users".

You will now see the list of existing users. In the top text field, enter the email you want to invite, and set the role you want your coworker to have. You can choose between Administrator, Member or Reader. Make sure the email is correct, because this is the email the person must use to accept the invitation.

Click "Invite new user", and your coworker will receive an email with an invitation.

Can't find the invitation? Remember to check the spam folder!

Once the invitation has been sent, you can click the menu icon to the right in the table to resend the invitation or delete it. If you can't find the email with the invitation, you can click "Copy invitation" to get a direct link to the invitation that you can send, for example via Teams or Slack, to the person you want to invite.

Remember! Once the email has been invited, you should add the person to the list of email notifications.
