Price Sheet Filling fills out price sheets with products from your product register. The AI work uses your workspace's AI capacity. Price Sheet Filling has no separate module fee.

Price Sheet Filling shares the capacity with the agent chat. Other AI features do not use the monthly capacity. Check usage under Settings → Usage, and always review the selected products and prices before submitting.

Start by uploading your product register, extra information and any overview of environmental certifications for your products. Go to "Library" → "Price Sheet Filling" → "Select file…".

Administrators and members can manage the product register. A custom role needs the Change the knowledge base permission. Read more about custom roles.

Note: Every product must have a unique ID in the product sheet, extra information and certification documents. We recommend calling this unique ID "item number" or "article number" so the AI can easily identify which products to match.

Note: Only include information relevant to Price Sheet Filling in the files you upload. Unrelated information can add noise and confuse the AI.

Choose the correct category for each file and click Save.

Note: Cobrief only uses the most recent certification sheet, extra information and product register you have uploaded.

Cobrief will now analyse and categorise the products so they can be used to fill out price sheets automatically. This can take up to one minute per thousand products. You can track progress by checking the number of rows that have been prepared.

You can also add default instructions. These let you set guidelines that Cobrief AI will follow when prioritising products or structuring future price sheets.
