Start by uploading the product catalog, extra info, and any overview of eco-labels for the products. Do this from "Libary" → "Price Sheet Filling" → "Select file".

Note: All products must have a unique ID in the product sheet, the extra info document, and the certifications document. We recommend calling the unique ID "item number" or "article number", so it is easy for the AI to know which products should be linked together.

Note: It is a good idea to only include information that is relevant for price sheet filling in the files you upload – unrelated information can become noise and confuse the AI. Choose the correct category for each file, and click save.

Note: Cobrief will only use the most recent certification sheet, extra info, and product catalog that you have uploaded.

Cobrief will now analyze and categorize the products so they can be used for automatic filling of price sheets. This can take up to one minute per thousand products, and you can follow the progress by looking at "Number of rows" that have been prepared.

You can also enter standard instructions if you wish. That way, you can set fixed guidelines that Cobrief AI will follow for prioritization or setup of all future price sheets.
