An administrator must invite colleagues to the workspace before they can receive alerts, read interpretations and help prepare bids.
Open Settings using the menu icon at the bottom left, then select "Manage users".
You will see the list of existing users. In the top field, enter the email address you want to invite and choose your colleague's role: Administrator, Member or Contributor. Check the address carefully, as this is the email the person must use to accept the invitation.
To use the AI agent, the person must be an Administrator or Member. Contributors can view workspace content, comment and set up their own tender alerts, but cannot use the agent. Read more about roles and permissions.
Cobrief shows how many users and contributors your plan includes. If you have reached the contributor limit, you need to upgrade the plan or change roles before inviting more contributors.
Before inviting someone, choose a role based on what they will do:
A manager who only needs to read and comment: Contributor.
A colleague who will write bids and use AI: Member.
A colleague who will manage users and the subscription: Administrator.
Administrators and members count as users, including invitations that have not yet been accepted. Users beyond the plan's allowance may increase the price. Check the total under Prices and plans.
Click "Invite New User" to send your colleague an invitation email.
Cannot find the invitation? Remember to check spam!
Once the invitation has been sent, use the menu icon on the right of the table to resend or delete it. If the email is missing, click "Copy invitation" to get a direct link you can send to the person through, for example, Teams or Slack.
For your colleague to receive the workspace's tender alerts, you also need to add them to the email alerts list.
The invitation only applies to the workspace you are currently in, and is valid for one month. Use the same email address if your colleague already has a Cobrief account. They can then switch workspaces using the same login.
Is a new administrator taking over from you? Wait until they have accepted the invitation before removing your own administrator access. The workspace must keep at least one active administrator.
