The trial lets you try paid features for 14 days without ordering a subscription. Administrators can see how many days are left of the trial under Settings → Subscription.

The trial has limited AI capacity shared by users in the workspace. It provides more capacity than the free plan, but does not cover unlimited work.

Only the agent chat and Price Sheet Filling count towards the capacity. Usage varies with the task and the size of the price sheet. Standard briefs, file uploads, Flowcase and search suggestions do not use the monthly capacity.

Under Settings → Usage, you can see how much capacity has been used. "Usage per activity" shows the breakdown of recorded usage. Read the explanation with a worked example.

The agent chat and Price Sheet Filling are paused. Standard briefs, file uploads, Flowcase and search suggestions continue to work. This does not mean that the trial is over. Capacity and the end date are two separate limits.

Contact us in the chat if you need help completing your trial. You can also choose a paid plan with the capacity you need. Capacity resets at the start of each month, while the trial still follows its own end date.

If you do not order a paid subscription, you get the access and limited AI capacity included in the free plan. Some features become unavailable until you upgrade.

You do not need to enter payment information to start. You will not be billed without confirming an order for a paid subscription.
