🔄 How is the number of bids in the subscription counted?

Written by Yoki Kahsay

"Tenders per month" in the plan selector is an estimate of AI capacity. It is not a fixed number of bids you can create.

What uses capacity?

Only the agent chat and Price Sheet Filling count towards the monthly capacity. A long conversation with many steps can use more than a short question. With Price Sheet Filling, usage varies with factors such as the number of rows Cobrief fills in.

Creating a bid does not use one whole "tender unit". Standard briefs, file uploads, Flowcase and search suggestions do not use the monthly capacity either.

What about previous responses?

You can upload previous responses to the knowledge base without using the monthly capacity. If you ask the agent to analyse the files in the chat, the agent's work counts towards the capacity.

The screenshot below shows an earlier bid overview. The number of bids in the overview does not measure current AI usage.

Where can we see usage?

Go to Settings → Usage. You can see the capacity used and when it resets. An administrator can change capacity under Prices and plans.
