Cobrief offers a free plan and three main plans: Pro, Max and Ultra. If you need more, we can arrange an Enterprise agreement.
On the free plan, you can search public tenders, save personal email alerts and use the agent with limited monthly AI capacity. You do not need to create a workspace to search and save personal alerts.
Pro, Max and Ultra provide more AI capacity and access to paid features. The plans also differ in the amount of AI capacity and the numbers of users and contributors included. Price Sheet Filling and market insights are available without a separate module fee. AI work uses the subscription's capacity. Integrations and other features may have their own plan requirements.
Pricing and payment options
We want you to find an option that suits you. We offer two ways to pay:
Annual billing: You are billed for 12 months at a time, at a lower price than monthly billing. The subscription renews automatically and has a mutual notice period of 3 months. This notice period starts on the first day of the month after you notify us.
Monthly billing: The monthly price is higher than with annual billing. You can see the difference in the plan selector. There is no commitment beyond the month you have paid for. You can cancel at any time, with the change taking effect from the next billing period.
All prices exclude VAT. You will receive an EHF invoice, or an invoice at the email address on your account if your company does not receive EHF invoices.
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you reduce your plan or capacity, or switch from annual to monthly billing, the change takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep what you have paid for during the current period, and can cancel a scheduled change under Settings → Subscription.

How AI capacity works
AI capacity measures how much work the AI agent does for you: from reading and assessing tenders to responding to them, and other tasks such as market analysis. The plan selector displays capacity as an estimated number of tenders per month, for example "~3 tenders/month".
Each plan includes:
Pro: ~1 tender/month, 1 user and 3 contributors.
Max: ~3 tenders/month, 5 users and 10 contributors.
Ultra: ~5 tenders/month, 15 users and 30 contributors, plus priority support.
If you need more, adjust the capacity slider at the top of the plan selector. It goes up to 25 tenders per month, and capacity beyond your plan's allowance is added at a fixed monthly price.
Capacity is shared by all users in the workspace. If you have connected several workspaces to the same subscription, they also share the capacity. It is used across Cobrief's AI features, including chat, assessment criteria, market insights, Price Sheet Filling and tender briefs. The number of tenders is an estimate: actual usage varies with the scope of each tender.
Capacity resets at the start of each month, and unused capacity does not roll over. Under Settings → Usage, you can see how much of this month's capacity has been used, broken down by AI feature and user.
Users, contributors and workspaces
A user has their own login and can use the AI agent. Their role and the subscription determine which other features they can access. Administrators and members count as users. Each user beyond the included allowance has a fixed monthly price.
A contributor can view workspace content, comment and set up their own tender alerts, but cannot use the AI agent. Contributors have no separate user fee, but the plan limits how many you can have.
All plans include one workspace. Extra workspaces have a fixed monthly price. They have their own members, tenders and documents, even when they share a subscription.
How to choose a plan in Cobrief
Go to Settings → Prices and plans in Cobrief. Choose your billing interval, set the AI capacity you need and see the monthly price for each plan.
Select a plan, review the order summary and confirm.
Why is the price higher than the base price?
The plan selector uses the number of users and workspaces you actually have. The total consists of the base price, extra users, extra workspaces and any extra AI capacity.
Example: Pro includes one user. If you have one administrator and two members, you have two extra users. A manager who only needs to read and comment can be a contributor within the plan's allowance.
With annual billing, the plan card shows a monthly price. The order summary shows the amount for the full year. Also check the selected billing interval when comparing prices.
The same email address counts once as a user across workspaces on the same subscription. Invitations that have not yet been accepted may also count. Check Manage users if the number is unexpected.
When is Enterprise relevant?
When the calculated annual price reaches NOK 150,000, the plan selector suggests contacting us about Enterprise. This threshold is a starting point for a conversation. Pricing, AI capacity, users and workspaces are agreed separately. The amount does not give you unlimited use.
