πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈ Fine-Tune the Tender Search With Relevance Score

Use the relevance score to continuously fine-tune and train your search

Optimize the Tender Search Over Time

It's hard to get a perfect tender search from the start, so this is something you can do continuously the first time you use Cobrief. We recommend doing this via the relevance score.

Note: To keep the company's search profile tidy and consistent, only users with the Administrator role can set up and make changes to the tender search.

If you see a tender that isn't relevant, click the relevance score in the top right of the card and remove the code that matched the tender. From there you can see all competitions that will be removed from your search by removing that code. Changes to your tender search are saved and update the search for the entire workspace.

The same applies to tenders that are relevant but have a low score. You can then click on the relevance score to see which codes the procurer has chosen that you don't have in your search, and add them by pressing the plus button.

Cobrief will also suggest codes you can remove as you hide tenders, so that you can easily remove noise when emptying your inbox.

Don't have access to make changes?

Unable to edit the tender search? You probably have the Member or Reader role. Only Administrators can adjust tender searches. Contact the person responsible at your company to have the search adjusted or your permissions changed.
