Cobrief normally fetches the competition basis automatically from TendSign when the documents are publicly available. Follow the guide below if the documents are missing in Cobrief or you need them outside the platform.
Start by clicking "Direct link to the competition basis".
Then click on "Basis".
NB: Sometimes you are sent to a sign-in page; if so, choose "Click here to view the announcement anonymously".
Download all documents under "Structured documents" (1) and the rest of the attached documents (2). Important: "All attached documents" does not contain the documents from "Structured documents", so everything must be downloaded.
