Activity notifications keep you up to date on what's happening as you work with your coworkers. You get a notification when someone in the workspace:
assigns you a task on a procurement,
assigns you a sub-task in a fillable template,
assigns you as owner of a procurement, or
mentions you in a comment on a procurement or task.
That way you never lose track of what others have handed over to you.
Activity notifications are about working together inside your team. If you'd rather be notified about new procurements as they're published, see Set Up Tender Alerts.
Notify a coworker with an @mention
You can notify a coworker directly from comments on procurements and tasks:
Open the comment field.
Type
@, then select the person you want to mention.Write the rest of your comment and send it.
The person gets an activity notification that opens the relevant comment. If email notifications are enabled, they also receive the notification by email. They must first be invited to your workspace.
View your activities
All activity notifications are gathered in your inbox. Click Activities in the left-hand menu to open it.
Here you can see who did what, on which procurement, and when. You can:
Filter by read status – choose between Unread, Read or All.
Sort with Newest first or Oldest first.
Mark all as read once you've caught up on what's new.
Click an activity in the list to open the procurement, task, or comment the notification is about. Sub-task notifications open the fillable template with the relevant field ready for you to continue.
If you don't have any activities yet, you'll see the text "No activities yet". New assignments and mentions appear here straight away.
Get activity notifications by email
In addition to the inbox, you can have activity notifications sent to you by email. Email is on by default – so you don't need to do anything to start receiving them. If you'd rather not get email, you control this yourself:
Open Settings at the bottom left.
Go to Notifications and select Activity notifications.
Toggle Send activity notifications by email off or on.
The email toggle only applies to email delivery. Notifications still appear in the Activities inbox even if you turn email off, and your tender alerts are not affected.
