Would you like your Cobrief account deleted, along with the information we have stored about you? Then you need to get in touch with us. It cannot be done on your own inside the product.
How to do it
Contact us in the chat via the "help" button in Cobrief, or reply to an email you have received from us.
Tell us you want your account deleted. We will get back to you to confirm that the request is genuine. We will need your confirmation.
We will let you know once the deletion is complete.
💡Tip:Deletion cannot be undone. If you have documents, bid drafts or other content you want to keep, download it before requesting deletion.
Frequently asked questions
Will my colleagues lose access to Cobrief? No. We only delete your account — the rest of the workspace is left untouched.
What if I want to come back later? You are more than welcome, but you will need to create a new account from scratch.
