You can change the language in Cobrief under Settings â Your profile. The language of the menus and the language of tender content are set separately.
Change the app language
Open Settings and select Your profile.
Find Language and choose Norwegian, English, Swedish, Danish, German or Finnish.
Save the change.
Your choice is saved to your account and in your browser. It follows your account when you log in and also applies when you switch workspaces. Your colleagues keep their own language preferences.
What does the language setting affect?

The notice's language is determined from the source's language information and the text itself. The buyer's country may be used as a fallback when these do not give a clear answer. An English tender from a Norwegian buyer can therefore have an English brief.
The notice and its attachments may be written in different languages. In that case, the summary and tasks may also use different languages.
Is an existing analysis translated when I change the language?
No. Changing the language under Your profile does not translate existing summaries, tasks or bid documents. You do not need to change your profile language to ask the agent to respond in another language.
Ask for text in a specific language
Include the language you want in your message to the agent or in your instructions when using AI to write. For example:
Explain the requirements in this tender in Norwegian. Keep the references to the original documents.
Write a draft of the delivery approach in English.
Check the text before using it. The buyer's requirements for the bid language still apply, regardless of the language you use in Cobrief.
