⏳ Get started in three minutes

Written by Yoki Kahsay

You can start by searching for tenders or creating a workspace for your company. You do not need to set up integrations first.

How to get started with Cobrief:

  1. Select the country where your company is registered. For Norwegian companies, search by name and we fetch the details from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. For companies in other European countries, enter the registration number and company name yourself.

  2. Describe what you deliver. You can use your website to fetch a description or write it in your own words.

  3. Complete the setup. Cobrief uses the description to set up an initial tender search.

  4. Open Search Overview and check the CPV codes, keywords and countries. If you change codes or keywords, click Save.

What should you do first?

  • Follow your company's tenders: Open Pipeline → Inbox, select a match and read the brief.

  • Find a specific tender: Open Search and select keywords or filters.

  • Research a competitor or buyer: Find the supplier or buyer in Search. Read about market insight.

  • Write a bid: Open a relevant tender and go to the bid room. Read the writing guide.

  • Get help from AI: Open Agent and describe the task. The agent is available to Administrators and Members, within the subscription's AI capacity.

Available features depend on your role and subscription. A padlock indicates that a feature requires an upgrade.

Invited by a colleague?

Accept the invitation and use the workspace your colleague invited you to. You share a search profile and inbox. You do not need to create a new workspace.

Open Settings → Bid notifications and select Subscribe if you want to receive the workspace's email alerts.

Lots of matches in the inbox?

Check the search profile before you start clearing the inbox. An Administrator can change it under Settings → Search Overview. When editing CPV codes, only suggestions you have selected and saved are included.
