🚀 How do I get started?

Written by Yoki Kahsay

Before registering a workspace, check the name and registration number of the company that will use Cobrief. These details connect the workspace to a legal entity and are used for orders and billing. If you have several companies in a group, make sure you choose the right one.

Does your company already have a workspace? Ask an administrator to invite you. Read more about creating and switching workspaces.

To register a new workspace:

  1. Register your company: First, select the country where the company is registered. For a Norwegian company, enter its name and we retrieve the remaining details automatically from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. For a company registered in another European country, enter the registration number and company name yourself.

  2. Describe your company: Explain what you supply. Write the description yourself, or use your website to retrieve one.

  3. Complete the setup: Cobrief uses the description to set up an initial tender search.

  4. Review the search: Open Search Overview and check the CPV codes, keywords and countries. Click Save if you change codes or keywords.

You can register companies from the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Registration numbers have different names in different countries. Cobrief shows the right name after you select a country: CVR number for Denmark, Business ID (Y-tunnus) for Finland, and "Registration number" for most others. If the number is rejected, try the VAT number instead.
