Here you can see how to download the competition basis from the buyer's portal and upload it to Cobrief.

Cobrief fetches the competition basis automatically from Artifik, Mercell, TendSign, and EU-Supply when the documents are available. Open the tender before you start the evaluation. If it says “We have found the competition basis”, click “Start evaluation of the tender”. Cobrief then fetches the documents, and you do not need to follow the manual steps below.

Open the link to the competition basis on the tender.

Download the documents from the buyer's portal. Include attachments, price sheets and any structured requirements documents.

Return to Cobrief and upload the files in the competition basis upload field.

Check the file list and start the evaluation.

Here is how to download documents manually from the different portals:

If you register a free user in Mercell, you can click "Download the competition documents in Mercell" to get the entire basis as a single zip file.

To download without a free user in Mercell, follow the steps below:

Choose "Public download link (no login required)".

Go to the bottom of the page and click on one of the files you want to download.

The page will now reload, and a "Download only" button will appear at the bottom of the page; click on this.

The page will reload again, and you can now click on each individual file to download them. Note: it is important that you download everything from both "Files" and "System-generated files".

If you are sent to a sign-in page, choose "Click here to view the announcement anonymously".

Download all documents under "Structured documents" (1) and the rest of the attached documents (2). Important: "All attached documents" does not contain the documents from "Structured documents", so everything must be downloaded.

The EU-Supply page has several variants. If you go straight into the document list, skip to step 3.

On the next page, at the bottom, look for a "Documents" link under "Additional information". Click on this.

You will now reach the document overview, where you can click on each individual file to download them.

For Artifik, open the competition using the link in Cobrief and download the documents there.
