Get notification when new Bids are published
Get informed about new bids as soon as they are announced by setting up bid alerts. By default, the person who registered with Cobrief receives bid alerts by email once every weekday. You can adjust this by clicking on "Alerts" in settings.
Alerts follow the countries you have selected under Search Overview -> Countries and locations, so you can receive tenders from Norway and more than 30 other European countries. See which countries we cover, and how to add new countries.
To add more emails to the alerts, you can create a new alert.
Click "Create New Alert".
Then, select the channel you want to be notified in (2). If you have Slack or Teams, Cobrief can send a message to a shared Slack or Teams channel.
Choose who should receive the email alert if you have selected email as the channel.
Choose when you should be notified. All alerts are sent out at 7 o'clock in the morning, unless you choose When the competition is published, which is sent when the competition is announced on Doffin or TED.
Once you have created a new alert, you can delete the old one to avoid being notified twice.
